DC Placement Advisors is pleased to announce that it has appointed Sandrine Vergallen as a director for France and the Benelux distribution areas. Mrs. Vergallen will be engaged in the company’s client fundraising and marketing activities in the French and also Benelux markets and will start November 7th 2016.
Mrs. Vergallen has 18 years of experience in Pan-European Real Estate with key players such as Catella Property Consultants, Aberdeen Property Investors Europe and most recently at AXA Real Estate where she managed three of AXA’s third party pan-European funds (AUM 1.2bnEUR), covering France, Benelux, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the Nordics. As an experienced investment manager and institutional investor relationship manager, she managed all asset classes (Office, Retail and Logistics), was in charge of both, transaction (buy/sell side) and asset management and has a well established network in the pan-European institutional investor markets on which she closely follows-up regarding trends, developments and investor appetite for real assets.
Having worked and lived in Belgium, the Netherlands and France for many years, she has a broad understanding and deep experience of top tier institutional investor demand and preferences. Sandrine is a native Belgium speaking French, Dutch and is fluent in English and Spanish.
